Now, you have probably seen ceiling fans with remote control devices, which are nice. However, have you ever seen a ceiling fan with a motion sensor or temperature relay? Well, if you haven't, you might consider one or both of these devices as add-ons to your ceiling fan installation.
A motion sensor automatically turns on your ceiling fan when you enter the room. This is handy for applications where you are in and out of a room and want to take advantage of the comfort of a ceiling fan, while conserving energy. Also, you won't have to keep reaching for a remote control.
A temperature sensor will automatically turn on your ceiling fan when the temperature in a room rises above a preset temperature. This temperature relay is handy for applications where you have a patio room, or, a room or rooms where they are far away from the thermostat and may experience changing East and West Sun conditions throughout the day.
At Franky's Electric, we can help you with installation of your ceiling fan and other optional devices that will help you improve energy efficiency and convenience.
